The Shimano XT SL-M8100-R 12-speed Rapidfire Plus shift lever with new I-Spec EV construction features a lightweight, ergonomic and compact design. The Shimano XT RD-M8100 1×12-speed rear derailleur features an elegant yet aggressive angled design and an attractive anodised aluminium surface. The derailleurs feature bigger 13-tooth pulleys and include Shimano’s proven Shadow RD+ low profile technology. The use of a single or a double system requires the installation of the specific single or double rear derailleur (1×12: RD-M8100-SGS / 2×12: RD-M8120-SGS).

With the Shimano XT CS-M8100 12-speed cassette you have the choice between a 10-45T and a 10-51T version. If the smallest possible gait jumps are important to you, the 10-45T gradation is the right one for you. If you want to cover the widest possible range, then use the 10-51T option. Of course, all CS-M8100-12 cassettes have Shimano Hyperglide + technology for high shift speed, precision and smooth operation when shifting up and down. This also minimizes noise. The spider construction made of aluminum and the production of the two largest sprockets also made of aluminum contribute to weight reduction, robustness and durability.
