About Shipment
1. When will my rims/wheelsets be shipped after I make the payment?
If the rims or wheelsets are in stock, we will ship them out within 3 business days. If there is no stock, it will take about 7~21 days for rims manufacturing.
2. Are there any import taxes or customs charges that I need to be aware of if I purchase this and have it shipped to XXX country?
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
3. What can I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
Your rims/wheels will be packed and protected carefully to make sure that they are in good conditions. If the parcel arrives at you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse to sign for it. Then the package will be returned to ICAN and we’ll produce new products for you or arrange a refund.
If you have signed for the package and then find damage due to shipping, please contact us immediately. We will help you to solve the problem as soon as possible. Please save all packaging and paperwork for the order if they are damaged due to shipping .
