The feature for the machine :

1The platform moving forms which combined with the belt, synchronous drive platform using the straight-line optical axis support.

2. Introduce in IC, shielded the paper sensor in the button of the print head , that means it does not need to sensor the initial place to avoid  " lack of paper or paper error "  

3. Easy for customer to operate it and save lots of time .You will refill the ink into the CISS and install the drive for the machine , then press the Power of the machine and press "IN" button let the platform backward completely then press Power of the printer , the printer is prepared to print now.

4. The platform move to its initial place before you open power of printer or print media via press in /out button in the control panel , never do not push it by hand .

5. It has height limited level bar to avoid the printing media and print head to collision also its height adjustment via one knob with max. height is 60cm

If the goods was impacted on the process of transportation which made it had problem Or other situation which comes sellers , you cannot repair it ,we can ship you ONE NEW machine, the broken one also do not need ship to us . The process how to replace new machine ,pls contact with us for the detail .However, man-made damage, damage cased non-normal use and force , we cannot bear that ship the new machine.
 

3. Flatbed printer can refill eco solvent ink or textile ink, but two types of ink mix will have risk of print head clog, if you use one machine to refill two types of ink, you must have two print head to replace (notice: The inexperience person replace print head maybe make the cable plug broken then lead to risk of burn out the main board and print head )
 

4. Why customer received machine has a little bit of ink trace inside of machine ( each machine we must tested with ink before shipment, so it has a little ink traces for each tested machine , But we promised that we only sell new machine never second machine ,each machine has been carefully tested products) 
 

5.Please read the manual and precautions before using it, if you do not know how to install it, please contact with us, we will reply you in time, do not install the machine by yourself with wrong method if not, we won?t in charge of it based on the machine man-made broken 
 

6.We offer 12 months warranty to whole machine except for consumable of print head , cartridge , as well as WHOLELIFE technical support , if you have any problem you met ,we will give you professional guide .
 

7. The flatbed printer is different with other industries machine, once sold to customer to use and non-machine quality problems or any excuse to request to return , we do not provide return service 
 

8..In order to make customs clearance much easy and fast( normally,if total value less than USD500.00 clearance will be very fast, this way you will receive the goods much fast too), also you can pay less tax (any import tax are the buyers responsibility) for the lower value invoice, so we suggest my dear buyer let us make the invoice in lower value, and inform us how much value would you like to showed on invoice when you place the order.what?s more flatbed printer is sensitive words in Chinese customs , the rate of inspection the machine will higher , so we would like to change another name " heat press " in invoice to ship the goods , hope my dear customer understand, thanks .
