1.How to choose my size?

-Please leave a message with your height and weight (shoulder, chest), we will reply you as soon as possible during work time.

 

2.I shopped a wrong size, can I exchange it?

-Yes, but you have to pay for return freight. After we receive the jacket (withou artificial damage), we will ship the appropriate one. As return freight is expensive, please make sure you pick the right size before purchase. 🙂

 

3.When do you ship my order?

-After your payment is successfully transferred to Aliexpress account, we will ship your order within 24 hours during workday. If your order is placed on weekend, we will ship your order on Monday. (Beijing Time)

 

4.Can I drop shipping?

-Yes, please make sure you provide a correct and complete address, in case the parcel is returned or unsuccessfully delivered. There won't be any invoice or promotion card in parcel.

 

5.How long will the parcel arrive?

-Delivery time depends on destination and other factors (weather, holiday etc), it usually takes 15-35 days by regular mail to America, Canada, European and Asian countries.
