We recommend this device should be mainly used to scan 120 films, as due to the limit of the lens range, the 14 mega pixesl hardware is designed for 120 type film (60x90mm) only, when other smaller size of film especially 135 film(36x24mm) are scanned with this device, the outcome scanned photos hardware resolution will be smaller in proportion, which will make the scanned photos from 135 film less sharp than those from 120 film, although software interpolation has been made.
